The first cello festival in Romania

The 2nd edition of the CellEAST Festival will take place from 26 May to 4 June 2023.

Sixteen internationally renowned guest cellists with a rich solo and pedagogical experience will perform in Bucharest and Timișoara.

In parallel with the concert programme there will be two Masterclasses – CelloVerse and MiniCellos, educational programmes for advanced and beginners, held at the National University of Music in Bucharest.

Primul festival de violoncele din România are loc în București în perioada 3-11 mai 2022. Doisprezece violonceliști de renume internațional vor participa la concertele organizate la Ateneul Român și Sala Radio alături de Orchestra Filarmonicii George Enescu, Orchestra Română de Tineret și Orchestra de Cameră Radio.

Future CellEAST și MiniCellos sunt cele două Masterclass-uri care se vor desfășura pe toată perioada festivalului în cadrul Universității Naționale de Muzică din București.
