Pablo Boggiano, a conductor from Buenos Aires, has shaped a distinguished international career that bridges Europe and Latin America. After debuting at 18 in the Cathedral of Buenos Aires, he studied under renowned maestros across Europe, including at Konservatorium Wien and with Jorma Panula in Helsinki. His talent earned him the prize to conduct Orchestra Boréal in Paris, and in 2003, he worked with the Budapest Festival Orchestra. Boggiano has since collaborated with major orchestras across Eastern Europe and Argentina, including the Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional and Orquesta Filarmónica del Teatro Colón. He’s conducted world premieres of Piazzolla’s Maria de Buenos Aires and Palmeri’s Mateoin Italy and debuted with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at Cadogan Hall in 2013. His 2019 Naxos CD of Esteban Benzecry’s works with the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Lviv received rave reviews, and in 2024, he led the historic first tour of the Argentine National Youth Orchestra to Japan.
