Founder of the MiniCellos project, Co-founder and Principal Organizer of CellEAST Festival-Competition-Masterclass, President of the PlaCello Cultural Association, Associate Professor at the Department of Chamber Music at the National Music University Bucharest, Artistic coordinator at the Romanian Youth National Art Center and Cello Professor at Dinu Lipatti National College of Arts.

With a deep commitment to musical education, performance, and the preservation of musical heritage, Ella has made outstanding contributions to the cello community both in Romania and internationally. She is Honorary Member of the Association Sebastian Lee Conservation du patrimoine musical en danger d’oubli, Founder of PlaCello Ensemble, Duo Cello Jaya and Ludens Piano Trio, also member of Violoncellissimo Ensemble and the National Symphony Orchestra of Romania.

Among the most important cultural/educational programmes and festivals, she was invited to the following: SoNoRo Festival, ICon Arts, SoNoRo Conac, Isa16 – International Summer Academy, Ravanelius Festival, Villa Musica, International Chamber Music Festival Plovdiv, George Enescu International Festival, Thessaloniki Music Festival, Meridian Festival, SIMN, Cello Fundamento Vietnam, ConnectArts, Les Dissonances and SoNoRo Interferenţe.
