Since 2021/2022, he has been Principal Guest Conductor of the Orquesta Ciudad de Granada and Associate Conductor of the Orchestre National Auvergne Rhône-Alpes. In 2020, he was named Honorary Conductor of the George Enescu Philharmonic Orchestra. He has long-standing relationships with the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and the Orquestra Sinfonica Do Porto Casa da Musica, and regularly performs with prestigious ensembles such as the Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana, Orchestre National du Toulouse and Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte Carlo. Christian is also a frequent guest with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Konzerthausorchester Berlin, Bamberg Symphony Orchestra, Stuttgart Philharmonic Orchestra, and the National Orchestra of Lyon.
