Winner of many awards at cello competitions as the: Vienna Philharmonic Award, 1^st Prize at the International Chamber Music Festival Austria, 1^st Prize in the International Competition in Liezen and 1^st Prize at the Bayreuth International Music Competition.

He has the image of a versatile talent which gives him the ability to approach music from diverse points of view. Attila also succeeded as Composer of chamber music and film music.

In addition to his numerous international appearances as Soloist and sought-after chamber musician in: Europe, Asia, South America and U.S.A., he was also invited at the: Schubert Festival Warsaw, Wiener Festwochen, Carinthian Summer, Music Festival in Havana and Emäsalo Festival in Finland.

Attila worked in collaboration with renowned violin makers regarding the sound optimization of string instruments. Since 2017 he is the Product Manager and Expert in the development of new strings at the traditional Viennese company Thomastik-Infeld.

Attila Pasztor will perform within the CellEAST Festival on May 8^th and 12^th 2024.
